| Description: | Shuttle out of Florence in our van. Tour a winery, try their Chianti wines, visit a hill town, and stop for a hearty Tuscan lunch at a country restaurant. Pedal through a landscape of vineyards, cypress trees, hill towns, and rustic farms. |

| Terrain: | Paved country roads with little traffic. Rolling hills with one 2-kilometer uphill climb. |
- 10:00 am we pick you up in Florence in our van.
- We drive to our garage in the Tuscan countryside
- You are fitted on your bike and given a helmet and water bottle.
- We ride to a winery. We tour the wine cellars and sample their wine.
- We cycle to a hill town and visit the town before lunch.
- Lunch in a restaurant (bread, pasta, salad, dessert, wine and coffee)
- After lunch we ride deeper into the Chianti countryside.
- Return to the garage and drop off the bikes.
- By 5:00 pm we are back in Florence.
